1. Peach pie smoothie

  • 1 cup unsweetened fresh (or frozen) peaches
  • 1tbsp honey
  • ¼tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅛tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½cup plain yogurt

How to prepare:

  • Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth
  • Serve fresh

2. Chocolate and peanut butter smoothie

You will need:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 frozen underripe bananas
  • 2tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2tbsp honey

How to prepare:

  • Pour the milk into the blender
  • Slice the bananas and add them to the milk
  • Add cocoa powder, peanut butter, and honey
  • Blend until smooth

3. Green grinch smoothie

  • 1-2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1-2 big handfuls of baby spinach
  • 2 cups milk of choice

  • In the blender, combine milk, bananas, and spinach. Blend until smooth
  • Next, add frozen mango and frozen pineapple

  • 2 medium oranges, peeled

  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk

  • 1-2tsp ground ginger (optional)

How to prepare:

  • Pour the milk of choice into the blender jar
  • Add peeled oranges and puree
  • Add bananas, mango, yogurt, and ginger (if desired) and blend until smooth

  • Take ¼ cup of oats in a thick bottomed pan and add ½ cup of water to it. Mix well
  • Let the oats cook for five to seven minutes or until it is thick and soft
  • Let it cool
  • Take a sliced banana, milk, and cooked oats in a blender and mix well.
