There are many Sweet Tomatoes recipes that are popular and loved. The Wild Blueberry Muffins are a favorite that are loved as a delicious treat any time of year. If you love the Wild Blueberry Muffins here is a Sweet Tomatoes recipe so you can make these yummy muffins yourself at home.

Sweet Tomatoes Recipes: Wild Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. all-purpose flower
  • 7 oz. wheat flour
  • 4 ½ tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 ¼ lbs. granulated sugar
  • 4 cups buttermilk
  • 6 oz. eggs
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. blueberry extract
  • 1 ½ lbs. frozen blueberries

Combine all dry ingredients until evenly mixed and set aside. Combine all wet ingredients and mix on medium speed. Slowly add in the dry ingredients until fully mixed. Finally, carefully fold the frozen blueberries into the batter. Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
